Do you believe in miracles?

The miracles behind juicing.

I first learned about the miracle of juicing ten years ago after watching the infamous Netflix documentary, "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead." I witnessed my brother undergo a thirty-day juicing fast shortly after. Skeptical at first, his consistency and commitment to juice everyday brought healing to his body; from his skin complexion, to a toner physique, loss of belly fat and weight, his body was fully restored. I was in awe!

“'But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,' declares the Lord.” Jeremiah 30:17

A few months ago I experienced the worst pain of my life. Six long hours of feeling unable to breathe, light headed, faint, excruciating abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Unsure and in a slight panic, we prayed God would cease the pain and give me rest.

Well, I survived that night.

But little did I know that would be the first of many episodes to follow.

A misdiagnosis and an unnecessary surgery later, I found myself desperately pleading with God to work His healing miracle over my life; thus leading me in a pursuit to find health and natural healing.

Over the next few months I will share with you all that I have learned and the regimen that has helped reset and restore my body; juicing, plant-based eating, herbal teas, essential oils, and most importantly, strategic prayer.
